A Flocking Good Time
Brothers, join me in Sardinia, a “Blue Zone” where flamingos fly and people live long, healthy lives. Learn more about the Come Alive in Midlife retreat at a virtual meeting this Wednesday.
Flamingos are cool.
Especially when they’re flying. Their black and pink wings spread out majestically. Their legs stretch out behind in long, straight lines. And they flock in careful formation.
I saw these birds in their winged glory earlier this year while visiting Sardinia.
And I’m excited to invite men to join me there again for a retreat Nov. 2-5. That is, join me and my co-facilitators Alessandro Ferullo and Doug DiBrielle, LMHC DiBrielle.
We hope to gather a group of up to 10 men seeking to rejuvenate, re-energize and heal.
To my brothers (and sisters and siblings who may know a brother who’d benefit):
Maybe you’re not flying as high as you used to.
Maybe your wings got clipped because of a disease, an injury, a heartbreak.
Maybe you got separated from your flock. You feel disconnected. Or lacking in purpose.
Alessandro, Doug and I can help.
To learn more about our Come Alive in Midlife retreat, reach out to me directly. Or come to one or more of our virtual meetings to give a taste of what the experience in Sardinia will be like.
The first one is this Wednesday, July 8, at 8–8:45am PT / 11am ET / 5pm CET. It’ll touch on the theme of physical and mental health.
Here’s the link to register for it: https://lnkd.in/gVVksE98
Check it out.
